|A person might feel embarrassed that they always have “accidents”, but can not help it. The person might develop pressure sores |
|and rashes because they cannot help themselves. |
|Individuals are too embarrassed to talk about their problems, so do not visit their doctors for help. |
|Many people stop going out, so become isolated, distressed and possibly depressed. |
