Ai) Explain three differences between a working relationship and a personal relationship
A working relationship is a with someone or a team of individuals not of your personal choice, a personal relationship is with someone you choose to be around in your own personal time. Secondly, at work you and your colleagues are there to do your job and follow the rules, policies and procedures of your work setting, with personal relationships you do what you feel comfortable and have no set rules to follow within your relationship. In a working relationship it’s advised you keep your personal opinions to yourself, this benefits you at work as you find it easier to get along with other staff members and don’t have differences and tensions between you. In a personal relationship you can express your opinion and speak your mind as the person receiving it knows you personally and won’t get so offended.  
Aii) Give two examples of different working relationships in an adult social care setting
When you are talking to other co-workers they normally can relate because they complete the same work as you do, this means your co-worker can know exactly what or who you are talking about.   A visitor could come in to your work setting such as a visiting doctor, you would need to be more descriptive with information about the individual as they would not know the client the same way you do.
Aii) Explain why it is important that social care workers work in partnership with individuals using the server and their family.
It is important that social workers work in partnership with their clients and family’s so the best care and support is giving to the service user, by creating a good partnership with them means good communication, information sharing, decision making etc. This means agreements and conflicts resolved are being made and the client is receiving good quality of care when they come to our setting as social care workers have created a...
