ASSESSMENT NO 1 SUBMISSION FOR HIGHFIELDS PTTLS Level 3

This submission for Assessment 1 of the Highfield PTTLS course is concerned with answering three assessment areas relating to the general legal and regulatory responsibilities of a teacher and also the general structure of a delivery cycle. In addition the submission also looks at the impact of these regulations on both the environment and the actual teaching.

There are three required responses:
• Explaining what my actual or perceived role, responsibilities and boundaries are as a teacher in terms of the teaching cycle – Page 3
• Identifying the legislative requirements and codes of practice that directly impact on my teaching – page 10
• Identifying the legislative requirements and codes of practice that directly impact on your learning environment – page 12
For the purposes of identifying quote sources I have created a reference page at the end of the assessment.

    be effective.”

The diagram for this is shown below and clearly identifies the stages.
