A B S T R A C T Researcher hypothesized that there is no difference between from education faculty and arts faculty for their behaviour with reference to their personality. For this study researcher Selected 30 females from education faculty and 30 from arts faculty. And study how the environment is playing a role for their coping style. NOS personality test by Borse (2003) was used for data collection. Through the mean, SD and t is used. Researcher analyzed data that, there is significance difference between female form academic environment for passive aggressiveness and sadistic behavior. The hypothesis is rejected...
