2.1 Describe the terms and conditions of own contract of employment.

My contract shows my commencement of employment (date in which I start employment)
The terms are highlighted in sections :
Position and duties - What my position is within the company and what work I am expected to carry out whilst working.
Place of work and travel - Where my work base will be and the reasonable distances I may be required to travel to other places of work as the business needs.
Hours of work - My contracted working hours per week which I must meet and the requirement for extra hours to be worked as to meet the changing needs of the business.
Duration - The fact that the role is an ongoing role after a probationary period and the notice to be given by either side to terminate the employment contract.
Remuneration- My rate of pay for basic rate, overtime, weekends and bank holidays is shown in this section and it is noted what date I will be paid on each month.
Eligibility to work - It is explained that I should be eligible to work in the UK. Visa or work permit is required by non EU nationals.
Criminal convictions/Cautions/Disclosure - It is stated here that I must disclose any convictions, cautions or disclosures. I must agree to a DBS check and if I receive any of the above whilst working for the company I must report to my Manager immediately, failure to do so may result in termination of my employment.
Pension - This details that I will be automatically enrolled in a pension scheme which I may opt out of if I so wish.
Holidays - This sections highlights how many hours per annum I am entitled to based on my contracted working hours, how to request holiday with my managers and that holiday cannot be carried forward into the following year.
Incapacity - This section refers to sickness and how long you may be incapacitated for, how to notify the company, what they may do in result of you being absent for 45 days or more (appoint another person to perform your...
