Why My Family Is Important to Me.

The most important person in my life is someone who is always there for me no matter what the outcome. They were the first one there to say “good job” or to congratulate me, and the first one there to talk with me and make me look at things from a new perspective when I am down on myself.   The most important person in my life is my mother and father because we are ONE. My mother has battled with cancer and other sicknesses since I was in fourth grade she has been so strong through every step. My father was the person that provided for my family as well as kept our spirits up and taught me about Jesus Christ.   They are the reason I am who I am. They have helped me in every conceivable capacity to understanding what the right thing to do is in any given tough situation. The moral and ethical values he has embedded in me will follow me in real life.
Every time that I would get A honor roll or AB honor roll they would always be the one to congratulate me. Every time I had something at school one of them was there to support me and be there for me. There would be times that they couldn’t make it to things I had going on at school but I knew that they tried their hardest to be there but, couldn’t get away form work. When I was down about things we would sit down as a family and they would talk to me and show me new perspectives on life to not be down about that situation.
My family has always been close but when my mother found out she had stage three breast cancer when I was in fourth grade it brought my family even closer. As well as bringing us closer to Jesus Christ. When my dad sat me down to tell me he said “everything will be alright if we put it in the lord’s hands” and we did. My mother has had other things that have happen to her since then and it has kept me and my family stronger. If it wasn’t through Jesus I don’t know where my family and I would be right now.
My father is the one that has taught me about Jesus my whole life, read the bible every night...
