  By the end of this report, all five strategic elements (Quality, Speed, Dependability, flexibility and cost) will be covered by stating what are the strategic decision X has taken in order to improve its organization for the greater good and by reducing further more with aggressive cost in order to attract customers.

  X’s current status in market by terms of: Telecommunication Engineering background and its Smartphone’s presence in the global market were the competition is very fierce between other competitors.
