Alhadeff & Forbes Mediation Services is a service that helps with mediation in various fields both professional and human services. A few of these that can relate to human services include Divorce and Family Law, employment, and inheritances. The mediators are thoroughly trained and receive on-going training regularly as well. The company was started by attorney Alan Alhadeff, the founder of the first mediator programs in the US.

According to the site this division of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services {Disputes Resolution Specialist activities include providing mediation and facilitation services to the Department’s constituent agency EEO and other workplace conflict resolution programs, providing conflict resolution training, advice and guidance on ADR system development and design, and participating in inter-agency ADR activities through the Federal Inter-Agency ADR Steering Committee and the Federal Sharing Neutrals Program}, (HHS.Gov, 2013).

This mediation center is run by Kay & Kevin Fulkenberry; both are certified family court mediators and licensed social workers in South Carolina. They help mediate situations such as child custody and visitation, property division, debt resolution, and divorce. They both have over 15 years of experience in the social work field and help people deal with court proceedings.
