Champion equality, diversity and inclusion

Meaning of Equality:
The state of being equal, especially in status, rights, or opportunities.
Meaning of Diversity:
The inclusion of individuals representing more than one national origin, colour, religion, socioeconomic stratum, sexual orientation.
Meaning of Inclusion:
The action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure.

  1.1) Explain models of practice that underpin equality, diversity and inclusion in your own area of responsibility:-
My role of Lead Senior Support Worker means I am responsible for ensuring the highest levels possible of equality by ensuring that everyone I work alongside and whom I come into contact within my job role are all treated equally, and by ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
There are several models of practice that as a LSSW I adhere to each and every day, these are:-
