In today’s modern world organizations are expanding rapidly.   People are more willing to take the risks and opportunities as far as ideas are concerned turn into reality, and make a fortune out of it.   Management and its function is ideally performed in daily lives for the success of every organization and business companies.   They are found every day and everywhere in the government, private companies, communities, and other institutions.   Management is a foundation in every business organization that brought people together to mission, accomplish goal, and objectives.   It is a social process that involves responsibility for economic and effective planning of a given purpose, consisting of various elements and activities that differ from functions of each manager on the level of his or her status.  
“The term management refers to group of people involved in the four general functions such as: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling” (Bateman & Snell, 2009).   These functions are integrated throughout the organization on how the functions of management are carried.   Every organization has goals, whether for profit, nonprofit, for growth, or combinations of these.   Management of an organization can achieve and succeed in their goals through the use of the four functions.
“Planning is the conscious, systematic process of making decisions about goals and activities that an individual, group, work unit, or organization will pursue in the future” (Bateman & Snell, 2009).   This relates to my job.   Planning is a way of becoming successful in daily performance as a manager.   It is a process of what, why, how you’re deciding what to do, and how to go about doing it.   This is a very important step to identify goals, objectives, methods,...
