CHAPTER 1
The Problem and its Background
Introduction
The 21st century has introduced various breakthroughs which proved to
have enhanced and brought more convenience to our daily lives. These
endeavors have reduce, if not completely eliminated, manual labor, thus saving a
lot in terms of money, manpower, and time for accomplishing work. This, in return,
made providing better quality of services to people better.
Computerized systems make efficiency and productivity rates higher since
it presents lesser margins of error. This becomes the helping hand of industries
to manage everyday work and innovate how work is done. This way, better
results are acquired with less effort.
Maternity clinic staffs gather information from patients’
