  1.0 INTRODUCTION OF DIGI

Mutiara Swisscom, is the former name of Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. The organization's majority 49% own by Telenor ASA of  Norway (Digi, 2014). The organization was founded in May 1995 and is located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. is a mobile communications company that engaged in establishment, maintenance and provision of telecommunication and related services. The organization offers variety choices of affordable, useful and very easy usage of wireless services to make those services easier and enrich the exists of their clients. The value is created by Digi for its customers by picking the greatest applicable cutting the edge technology in order for them to benefit by the variety choices that are given from the products and services.
