The Signs and Symptoms of a Human Earthquake
In my lifetime I was gripped with five grand mal seizures. Growing up as a child diagnosed with epilepsy, I know from personal experience what happens during these seizures. I had my first seizure when I was in the first grade, I was on the school bus when it hit. I woke up in a hospital not knowing what had happened and why there was wire all over my head.

Many people who have a grand mal seizure will never have another one. However in some people, daily anti-seizure medications are needed to control grand mal seizure.” (

Each one of these body exhausting episodes caused me to sleep for at least 10 to 14 hours before awaking. I remember feeling when waking up that I was coming back from somewhere far away.
