A teacher plays variuos roles, and has much responsiblity and should be aware and know the bopundries according to the teaching/training cycle which are needs analysis, aims & abjectives, content, method and resourses, assesessment and finally evaluation

Needs Analysis: - to identify the needs the teacher would need to consider the following, the learners preferred learning styles, any special needs, the learners motivations and any previous experiences in the subject that is being taught educational or otherwise and also the organisations needs quality and professional standards.. I as a tutor would need to do an initial assessement to identify the learners’ needs and motivation as I teach in the complimentary and lifestykle sector, as there are no entry educational qualifications as such.
