Executive Summary
This report will be discussing the Sunday time ranking of Rackpace. Rackspace stands at 26th rank among the top 100 best companies to work for, in 2014.According to the ranking the areas in which company needs to focus are Leadership, motivation, wellbeing and fair deal .Leadership and motivation will be analysed using different theories related to real time examples. Both are interrelated to each other.
The High Performance Working will also be discussed and the best practices which should be implemented to enhance resource productivity. Based on the analysis of the traditional and contemporary theories on different situation study will be concluded and recommendation will be made depending on the high work performance system.

Rackspace is one of the global leader in IT industry that deals in hybrid cloud, it provides open source operating system for the cloud. Rackspace is founded in 1998, in last 16 years company has grown dynamically. Its revenue was $1.535 million in 2013. Total numbers of employees in the company are 953.
