Purpose
The manual processing of billing system is the input, which is usual day to day transaction in dealing with the clients. The process is to analyze the present system, to determine the existing problem in using the manual process, to design an alternative solution by adding a new clients information to the list of consumer and to implement computerized recording and keeping of billing system.

Scope
This study was conducted to determine the state of billing system. The following aspect is been studied and classified to electric billing. The system is designed in the computation of the power consumed by the consumers. This study is limited into the generation of individual billings of consumers.
