Power distance:- Power distance is a process to extend members these are less powerful in respect organisation and institute. In a view point of accept and expect that the following power get distributed among them unequal. By this we can conclude that it is unequal in its nature. But it can be explained lower than above power. The term power and inequality are the basic milestones or we can say fundamental base of organisation or society and anybody who has any kind of international experience will state that all the society are unequal but some are more than unequal than other.
Uncertainty Avoidance:-   Uncertainty avoidance is a process which plays a major roll dealing with a unwanted issue of societies that is to be tolerated in respect of uncertainity and ambiguity. It helps into major the extent programmes that are related to culture so that there members get into a situation of comfortable or uncomfortable unstructured process. The term unstructured situation is a situation that are surprisingly different unknown to usual or unusual.  

Individualism
Individualism on the one side versus its opposite, collectivism is the degree to which individuals are integrated into groups. On the individualist side we find societies in which the ties between individuals are loose: everyone is expected to look after her/himself and her/his immediate family. On the collectivist side, we find societies in which people from birth onwards are integrated into strong, cohesive in-groups, often extended families which continue protecting them in exchange for unquestioning loyalty. The word collectivism in this sense has no political meaning: it refers to the group, not to the state. Again, the issue addressed by this dimension is an extremely fundamental one, regarding all societies in the world.
