I’d like to encourage you to keep exercising regularly to improve your posture, practise soccer skills and having fun. I’ve been looking around to see if there is anything interesting for you. And I found some personal training services, fitness clubs and activities in your area which are worth to try. Here are some options:
1)Sydney Soccer Football Academy
2)Cook and Philip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre (YMCA)
3) Dance Zone Productions.
They good for you, because they focus on the areas you need to improve, such as: flexibility, explosive power, strength, coordination and correct posture.I know that you are interested mostly in playing soccer, but I really want you to try something new.

That’s why I recommend you a dance classes- hip hop, jazz, popping, salsa. Dance is fantastic for people of all ages and the advantages it can provide are endless...It’s so beneficial because of:

  * Greatly improves body awareness and gross motor skills
  * Encourages healthy physical activity
  * Explores self-expression through the performing arts
  * Provides stress relief particularly for senior grades.
