Core Strategy
      1.1 Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a product which can bring a luxury lifestyle to our customers, which are the dog owners.   The luxury lifestyle mentioned above   means having a better understanding towards own dog which brings convenient and comforts to the dog owner. Besides that, we also aim to provide an excellent after sales service to our customers. Our objective is to be a reliable product and service provider, and be the first to introduce the dog translator collar in Malaysia market.
For organization wise, we aim to have a less formal organizational culture as our business is focus more on the online basis and pets shop as agent. We want to let people know our company is humor and fun to work in. This can helps in attracting and retaining the potential workers, and also encourage more creative thinking or ideas from the employees which is crucial for our business to success.
