COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course examines the similarities and differences between leadership and management, with special emphasis on the historical perspective. Critical thinking about the skills required to lead complex organizations will be explored using the situational leadership model. Additional study will address the particular role of entrepreneurs in today’s business environment.

GOALS FOR STUDENT COMPETENCY
