Maslow believed that people were driven to fulfil their potential. He believed that all humans have certain needs that need to be taken care of. He also believed that when one set of needs had been completed a new set of needs would be come known. Through mallows research and studies Maslow came to the conclusion that humans are driven to satisfy their needs for example if we are thirsty or hungry we go and get something to eat or drink. He also believe that some of our needs take priority over others. So he came up with the hiaracie of needs.
