Bi: My employment is subject to an enhanced disclosure from the CRB.
I must comply with the minimum standards as required by the Care standards act 2000

To work my contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week.
My entitled holiday hours of 210 hours a year to be taken between 1st April and 31st March each year.
