They Can Because They Think They Can

One of the famous quotations of a Roman poet called Virgil: “They can because they think they can”, which symbolizes that if people desire to do something and hold strong belief, being confident of themselves, people will be able to achieve their certain goals.   Nowadays, as the development of science and technology, and the continuous, growing number of the population, the competitions become considerably intense and violent.   One of the greatest questions is, “ What are we supposed to do for the sake of standing out from the massive competition and making our dreams come true?”   From my point of view, confidence is definitely able to help people strive for their best.
Confidence influences people positively by considerably bringing their potential into play.   There is a famous saying, “Your chances of success in any undertaking can always be measured by your belief in yourself ”, expressing that confidence can help people break difficult barriers and limitation, as well as conquer the dread.   If people believe in themselves, by holding positive thinking, in that way they will study and work with happiness that make them strive for the best and spare no effort in the subjects that they are dealing with; furthermore, it enable them come up with a great number of ideas and solutions when they encounter intractable problems.   In other words, nothing can prevent the people with confidence from success.
