One-of-a-Kind will be launch in 2016. This will be a family owned restaurant in which we will provide home cooked authentic food at a fast food rate. The reason for this type of restaurant is because people are always on the run and rushing so this concept is perfect so no one will need to sacrifice dining out to just fast food or having to wait a while. Our mission is simple; we want to ensure that our guest receives prompt, courteous service. We want to ensure that all our guests and staff treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Also, provide a fair price, well-prepared meals using only quality ingredients at fair pricing. Even as a fast food place, it will be a full-service restaurant with sit down unique experience. Also, provide an evening menu for the dinner time.
Performing an environmental analysis is order to look at potential factors that can impact the business. The analysis will include the local environment since this will have the most impact on the restaurants. There are many restaurants all around, and we want to be the one that stands out in the community and has our guest returning and talking about us to their family and friends in orders to bring more customers to our place. As a new restaurant, we want to provide a service that will stand out to the customers, and to do that we will need to pay special attention to our surroundings
It is important to stay current with factors as smoking bans and also any changes in municipal or regional laws that can have an immediate impact on the restaurant. This facility will be a smoke-free restaurant providing a controlled environment is important and we want others to enjoy their food.
