The production flowchart of calcite powder can be divided into five stages, including the conveying, crushing, partial drying, milling and calcination. Upon removal, trucks transport calcite stones to the processing plant. A vibrating feeder moves the raw calcite stones into the processing plant. The vibrating feeder consists of a conveyor belt that shakes to evenly distribute the calcite rock onto the conveyor surface. The conveyor feeds the rock into a jaw crusher, which can pulverize the rock into pieces measuring 2 inches or less. After crushing, small calcite rocks enter a drying receptacle. The receptacle spins and heats the rocks evenly.
