1.0 Introduction

Managing the development of professional and non-professional staff in an organization is a necessity in order to keep the school organization to operate effectively. Efforts to create cohesion between members of the school organization will create a dynamic workforce that contributes to the achievement of organizational goals.

The emphasis on staff development elements such as aspects of the relationship and communication, knowledge of effective organization and the organization's core values ​​will help staff to perform the duties of a sense of togetherness in the organization. Therefore, this program will be able to provide useful input to the members of the organization to engage effectively in ensuring that organizational goals can be realized.
