                                                    Business Statistics Research Problem I2

Throughout the years there has been so many different problems that arise in an organization. Some people have different beliefs as to why the problems even arises in the first place. For instance, some say it can be the organization itself, the employees that work, the customers, the list goes on and on. My personal opinion is that it is the managers that have the most affect.
One of the main tasks a manager has to perform is solving the problems the organization may develop during the performance of the work. The manager should ensure that the problem solving technique utilized is scientific and follows logic and policy of the business. Problem solving styles may be of two types, systematic and intuitive. The systematic style is one that is rational, logical and involves step-by-step processes. Intuitive style does involve developing temporary solutions to long-term problems.
A main problem faced in the organization is that the human resources do not have adequate skills and knowledge to perform the work given. This has affected the workflow in the organization. The staff members are not aware of the means of performing the tasks. The quality has dropped, and the work is being completed after excessively long periods of time.
