Xylose is a form of naturally occurring sugar, which is present in xylan form in wood or straw and find used in food and
beverages, dyeing and tanning. Xylose is also considered as wood sugar and classified as monosaccharide. Xylose is termed as
healthy sugar, which prevents the absorption of sugar in the body, hence helping in maintaining the blood sugar level. Xylose
