Week 6 Case Study

If my understanding of Maslow’s hierarchy is correct Shank’s old boss has failed in three out of four basic need layers. The bottom or the most basic layer has been untouched but he failed in the other three which are Safety, Love/Belonging and Esteem.
In Maslow’s safety layer the old boss has failed to provide the security for the employment right at the start. Shank quoted her boss saying she could be replaced at any point of time.
