-Employer and employee name clear and full name with first, second and surname. In the case of the employers the name of the business too.
-Duties and responsibilities, full description of what the employee will be doing at work, main roll and grade of responsibility.
-Probation period, how long will this last and how long notice you need to finish your contract.
-Salary, where the employer state how much the employer will ear. This can be per hour or per year.

Representative bodies are really important to support employees because they would help making clear all the legislation and important rights and responsibilities for employers.
Representative bodies would make sure that both parts carry out all obligation and responsibilities.
Is really common find trade unions and not trade union inside the workplace, and in many cases this can play a very important role.
