He received his Bachelor of Education in Social Science from the University of Education, Winneba-Ghana, his MSc management from the BPP University, London-UK and his CMI level 7 certificate in strategic management and leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, London-UK. Prior to his MSc studies, he was employed for 2 years in corporate planning and control areas. His current research interests include the impact of organizational culture on the Employee Job Satisfaction; and the effect of remuneration strategies on employee performance .
