1/         IDENTIFY THE FEATURES OF EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIP WORKING
Partnership working is about developing inclusive, mutual beneficial relationships that improve the quality and experience of care, www.dhsspsni.gov.uk. Partnership is the development of a relationship where organisations or individual work effectively together to improve the services we provide.
In partnership the responsibility is placed on all parties involved, hence no full control is given to any one organisation but designated jobs are assigned to generate a collaborative structure to cumulate information. Partnership in itself justifies the working relation with another. However, partnership has been widely studied and many theologians have stamped their own concepts on its credibility.   Bare in mind, with partnership, it creates new innovative ideas to the structures and principles of the organisation, giving individual more vocals in the choice of service that can be provided.
The legislation on section 27 subsection 1(1) ‘In exercising their respective functions NHS bodies   and the local authorities shall co-operate with one another in order to secure and advance the Health and welfare of the people.’ that has been amended for the legal boundaries for co-operation to merge.
