Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald
He was born on the 24 September 1886 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. His parents were Mollie (McQuillan) and Edward Fitzgerald. He had four novels: This Side of Paradise, The Beautiful and Damned, The Great Gatsby (most famous), The Tender is the night and also an unfinished one which is The Love of the Last Tycoon. He was commissioned a second lieutenant in the infantry.
Fitzgerald fell in love with Zelda Sayre (1900 – 1948), He moved to New York where he could launch a career that’s would convince Zelda to marry. They later got married. Their one and only daughter ‘Frances Scott Fitzgerald’ who was born on 26 October 1921. Fitzgerald had been an alcoholic since his college days, leaving him unhealthy by the late 1930’s. On the night of 21 December 1940 He later died of a heart attack.
