      1.1 Explain how a working relationship is different from a personal relationship and give THREE examples of the difference.It must be noted that the difference between a working relationship and a personal relationship are as follows;• Working relationships would be friendly within the work environment. It could be said to have a different approaches and everyone is treated with equality, everyone knows their roles and responsibility and are not obligated to share personal information as you would with   friends outside work. Also a working relationship has no emotional attachment and is primary based around your job role. • On the other hand, a personal relationship has emotional attachment due to family and personal friends and is now way work related. Examples are;   Boundaries and personal attachment, professional codes of conduct, employer policies and procedures |
