This report first and foremost will analyse the sustainability of a franchised real estate office.
Patricia Allen in her book Food for the Future (2003) describes sustainability as the process of transforming corporations’ environmental practices ensuring the preservation of our environment. DesJardins (2007) describes how a strict egalitarian theory of distributive justice would hold that every generation has a right to an equal amount of the resources. By definition, any of non-renewable resources will result unless available for future use being unjust to future people. Implying no one has a right to use any non-renewable resource.
