Evaluation of the Stanley Park Project in the City of Kelsey

The Stanley Park Project represents more than just a new park for the community. The Stanley Park Project will act to shape and define the City of Kelsey. The Stanley Park will represent the citizens of the City of Kelsey; because of this, as the program analyst, it is my job to evaluate the project and make sure that the park will not only add value to the City of Kelsey, but that the citizens will also benefit from the park individually and as a whole. The City of Kelsey is known as an earth-friendly community that promotes a better quality of life through service, environmental awareness and healthy lifestyles; and the park needs to be a representation of this. As the program analyst, it is my job to determine the pertinent information that is needed to make an informed decision; explain the value of this information; and describe the use of normative futures in goals and agenda setting for the Stanley Park Project. Once a strong evaluation is completed, the information will be used in setting project goals and objectives. The overall analysis will help in assessing the program performance measures based on program goals and objectives.
Important Information to Evaluate the Predicted Value of Stanley Park Project
      Evaluating the predicted value of the Stanley Park Project is vital in helping the City Council make an informed decision about the beneficial value the park will have to the City of Kelsey. The information that I include in this evaluation will be provided to the City Council and with it, the City Council will be able to make informed decisions about, not only the development of Stanley Park, but also about the development of the city as a whole.
