My second scholarship is the Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship. This is open to ninth through twelfth grade students, college students, and graduate students who are United States residents that submit a 250 word personal essay. The award must be used towards school tuition, room and board, books, or anything related to educational expenses. The deadline is December 31, 2011. To find more information you can go to

My last scholarship is the WyzAnt College Scholarship. This is for students who plan to attend a four year college or university between August 1, 2012 and November 1, 2014. To be eligible you have to write an essay with a maximum of 300 words about your most important life lesson that you’ve learned that is based on votes from your social media contacts or email.
