Sand Maker Has Good Operation in Basalt Production Line

Generally speaking, the whole basalt production line includes jaw crusher, PCL sand making machine, impact crusher and vibrating screen, etc. Only each part of the production line functions well that the whole line can have high working efficiency. As we know, the basalt has high hardness which can reach to 300 MPa. And according to its unique features, the basalt has wide application in many fields like highway, railway, airport runway and high-rise building aggregates. However, owing to its high hardness, it is difficult to crush the basalt and the crushing cost is higher than other ores. So the crushing technique for basalt should be reasonable and it should take the crushing cost into consideration at the Fote time. The typical equipment configuration is two stages of jaw crusher or jaw crusher plus cone crusher. In addition, if customers have higher requirements about the final granularity, we have to add one impact crusher to help the shaping of final granularity. But in this case, the investment cost of the whole line is destined to be too high.

In order to solve this problem, Fote has paid great efforts in the research and development of basalt crusher. The new type PCL sand making machine has overcome the disadvantage of basalt and can satisfy the requirement for concrete pavement.
