MEMORANDUM FOR Captain Skippy Jon Jones, 1ST Hanger Dweller, Garrison Support Unit, Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310

SUBJECT:   General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand

1.   It has been brought to my attention that on 7 and 8 January 2020, you engaged in unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards a superior commissioned officer, Major Pummell   In particular, on 7 January 2020, you were unprofessional and disrespectful to Major Pummell at the MUIC SRC site.   At that location, you approached MAJ Pummell and yelled “You need to go sit down” or words to that effect.   When Major Pummell disagreed with you, you spoke to him again in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

2.   On 8 January 2020 you engaged in another inappropriate and unprofessional exchange with MAJ Pummll.   You asked Major Pummell to “step outside” to discuss the matter further or words to that effect.   While outside, you continued to argue with him and you stated to him “There you go pointing your finger at me again” or words to that effect.   Your unprofessional and disrespectful conduct on both of these occasions is wholly inconsistent with your obligations as an officer in the United States Army.

3.   You are hereby admonished for your misconduct.   As a commissioned officer, you are expected to be a role model and adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and personal behavior.   This type of behavior is unacceptable for anyone in this command, moreover, someone of your rank and position.

4.   This is an administrative action and not punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.   I intend to file this Letter of Admonishment in your local Military Personnel Records Jacket (MPRJ) for a period not to exceed two years or upon your reassignment to another general courts-martial...
