The Reason of Earning a MBA Degree
The reason of earning a MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree could be different for individuals depending on their needs, standards, and personality.   Some of those factors can contribute to evaluating what kind of expectations an individual might have when it comes to an achievement in life. Personality can be the most important area because it can affect how can an individual needs to accommodate to work as a team in a business environment.

Perception
Personality. “Perception is a process by which individuals organize and interpret their sensory impressions in order to give meaning to their environment.” (Robbins & Judge, 2007, p. 146). When it comes to perception an individual might adjust their personality to situation according to the environment.   The reason for this to happen is because the behavior of individual can perceive their perception on what their reality is and not what it actually is. The attributes that affect perception are style of life, motives, experience, background, knowledge and others.

Jungian. In the Jungian personality test there is a series of questions that gives a four-letter personality classification. Each of the letter represent and analysis and interpretation: “Extroverted or introverted (E or I), sensing or intuitive (S or N) thinking or feeling (T or F), and perceiving or judging (P or J)” (Marcic & Nutt, 1989). The author score is ENTP that equals to: Innovative, individualist, versatile, and entrepreneurial. With a possible career as politician, strategic planner, literary agent, publicist, entrepreneur, investment broker, computer analyst, ad executive.
