4C’s, Inc. is a highly professional company and holds all employees to very professional standards.   Our Code of Conduct may not cover all situations and issues that arise but has the principles that guide our company to make the best decisions.   Those who violate any part of the Business Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary action and possible termination depending on the severity of the situation.
Discrimination and Harassment
4C’s, Inc. is firmly committed to providing equal opportunities to all.   We do not discriminate against race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, sex or any other classification. We will not tolerate any discrimination or harassment within the company walls as well.
Workplace Discipline
4C’s, Inc. provides and maintains a professional work environment among the employees and with our customers.   We hold Standard Operation Procedures that compile all operational aspects of the company.   Any misconduct that disobeys the SOP or the Business Code of Conduct will be subject to disciplinary action.   The disciplinary steps and listed out in the SOP and will be followed.   All misconduct actions are subject to termination if necessary.
Family and Personal Issues
4C’s, Inc. understands issues may arise and the importance of family situations.   Sick days and vacation days are provided to employees and accrued through tenure with the company.   These days are available to employees to use when needed to handle personal and family issues if they have them.   We encourage employees to take time to handle such issues outside of the workplace to ensure the most productivity.   Supervisor must be informed and must approve the use of the days in order to ensure there is no abuse of the system.
