“You Only Live Once”: The Challenge of Quality and Service
“You only live once!” That is a mantra that most successful people live by. Every moment counts for them. How about us?
As we journey to do more MAGIC this year, let #speakLIFE be your companion on ideas and insights regarding two of the major ingredients for the success of the business: Quality and Service.
“Customers today want the very most and the very best for the very least amount of money, and on the best terms. Only the individuals and companies that provide absolutely excellent products and services at absolutely excellent prices will survive,” says Brian Tracy, motivational author and expert.
Quality is synonymous to excellence. Excellence leads to satisfaction.
On the other hand, Service is the means to your fulfillment and satisfaction for those you serve.
The Bible says, “Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve before kings; he will not serve before obscure men.” (Psalms 22:29). If we all live each day with focus on Quality and Service, “kings” will prefer having you, seek after you and value you.
In practical terms, it means that every day must be spent on satisfying both our external and internal customers. Serve them with products that would make them smile. Build relationships that benefit our customers.
“Quality and Service!” is our battle cry every day in our work. No less than this.
“We only serve once.” Let us do it right the first time.
