KLM Herb Tea Industries’ Chief Financial Officer Resigns

April 10, 2014 - KLM Herb Tea Industries, a public traded company that imports and exports herb tea today announced Mr. A Smith has resigned from his position as the Chief Financial Officer. Smith email his resignation to the Chief Executive Officer of KLM Herb Tea Industries, B Brown last night April 9, 2014 approximately 11:30 pm PST without providing any statement of explanation regarding to his sudden resigned determination. Mr. Smith’s resignation will be effective immediately following this release.
Smith has served KLM Herb Tea Industries since 2004, playing an instrumental role in expanding the company’s leadership in information and financial governance. B Brown, a Chief Executive Officer of KLM Herb Tea Industries commented, “The resignation of A was unexpected because he has been a valuable contributor to KLM Herb Tea Industries and a valued member of our management team”.
We are following all the guideline and procedure to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer for our company. While seeking for a qualified individual and an approval from the Board of Directors, T. Hall from HMM CPA firm will be our active Chief Financial Officer.
KLM Herb Tea Industries has provided the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) all requested documents and policies.
