            Organizational planning is the process of contemplating and organizing the activities required to achieve a desired goal. Good strategic organizational planning should lead a company to magnification, incrementing profitability and growing market share over time. Hence, every organization ascertains that it possesses an efficient and efficacious plan for the magnification and expansion of the business commonly known as Organizational Development Plan. Therefore this plan aims to propose the deliberates efforts that must be done in order to increment the viability and pertinence of an organization. Apple Inc. is one of the world's most prosperous and most recognizable companies. Over its 30 year existence, the company had seen a lot of changes in the computer industry. Planning in order to expand the business and its reach always continues.

          Apple Inc, formally established in the year 1977, is an American computer technology firm that designs and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and personal computers [Rob Price (1987)]. The company innovates, designs, manufacture, sell, promote and support personal computers and many other solutions associated with personal-computing. Hence, the company through the products it offers caters customers of very wide range for a wide use of applications. The personal-computing products of the company includes notebook and desktop PCs, peripherals etc. Its software products include operating systems, consumer, education and business oriented application software etc [Rob Price (1987)].
