There   are continuous pressures for changes to be implemented in business, it is helpful to consider   reactive changes when the business changes as a response to external pressures and proactive changes when the business changes due to internal demands. One helpful way to use the PEST acronym.
Political changes often occur due to changes   that occur outside of the business and are therefore out of the direct control of the business. If there is a changes inthe law it may mean that the business has to change the way it does things. If it does not change and adapt to suit the new law this may cause the bisiness to be prosecuted.
