      1.1 Describe the features of inclusive teaching and learning
Inclusive learning is ensuring all learners have the opportunity to contribute and be included in the learning process. The features of Inclusive learning Individual questioning and feedback are feature to Inclusive teach teaching and learning. This enables to engage the Students through group work which could start from working in pairs to groups. Independent learning plans are key to the success of a student through understanding their personal needs to successfully complete any course.

1.2 Compare the strengths and limitations of teaching and learning approaches used in own area of specialism in relation to meeting individual learning needs
The strengths and limitations of teaching and learning approaches could be the styles- Presentations, Practical, Group work, discussions and role play, the use of Vark. My teaching groups are from 18 to 60 therefore a mixture of learning techniques need to be incorporated within the teaching to meet Individual needs.
      1.2 Explain why it is important to provide opportunities for learners to develop their English, mathematics, ICT and wider skills
It is Important to provide opportunities for learners to CONTINUE AND develop their English, Mathematics, ICT and wider skills so to ensure that their literacy is at the level for reading articles, Language and Interacting ability, Numeracy for Calculations and ICT for online applications.

It is Important to create an Inclusive teaching and learning environment as there will be differentiation amongst learners. Equality to all and the Maslow Hierarchy of needs ensuring that people are able to move to the highest level provided and given an Education that promotes growth
