McDonald’ Corporation

    My Company that I have chosen for my session Long Project is the McDonald’s Corporation.   I will discuss this company and its profile as well as its international activities, and McDonald market entry mode.
    McDonalds is the lead is the leading global foodservice retailer with more than 30,000 local restaurants serving 52 million people in more than 100 countries each day.   More than 70% of McDonald’s restaurants worldwide are owned and operated independent local men and women.
    The McDonald Headquarters is a $20.4 billion Company Corporation located in Oak Brook, IL and employs nearly 447,000 people.   McDonald is one of the world’s most well-known and valuable brands and holds a leading share in global branded quick service restaurant segment of the informal eating-out-market in virtually every country in which we do business.
    McDonald serves the world some of its favorite foods, World Famous French Fries, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Chicken McNuggets and Egg McMuffin.   McDonald’s Corporation (NYSE: MCD), also known as “Mickey D’s” (in the US and Canada), “Macky D’s (in the UK), “McDo” (in France and Quebec), “Maccer’s” (in Ireland), “Maccas” (in the UK) or “de Mac” (in the Netherland).   McDonald   dates its founding to the opening of a franchised restaurant by , Ray Kroc, in Des Plaines, Illinois on April 15, 1955, the ninth McDonald’s restaurant overall.   Ray Kroc later purchased the McDonald brothers’ equity in the company and led its worldwide expansion.   The strong foundation he built continues today with the McDonald’s vision and the commitment.
