Management Behavior During Merger with Envirotech

Introduction
The purpose of this memo is to discuss the importance of your behavior during the merger with EnviroTech.   It is very important that you understand how your behavior affects the productivity of your employees. Such attitudes can and will affect the performance of our employees.   If people feel like this merger will lead to them being unemployed or unfairly treated they will not continue to work to the best of their abilities.   We want our employees to feel at ease and secure in their jobs so that they will continue to be productive and make this transition as smooth as possible.
