A successful organization comes behind a successful and efficient leader. In every circumstance numerous qualities define leaders and not one quality will work. Woodrow Wilson was a knowledgeable leader but found it difficult to work with individuals who did not agree with each conclusion. As leaders, the writer needs to set goals and motivate individuals to achieve goals and mature the skill of working with disloyal personalities. Woodrow Wilson never persuaded from his goals, but has faults as a leader. He was a faithful leader and influenced many admirable leadership skills.
The connections between the associates of the organizations for the purpose of increasing performance and accomplishing exceptional results as an effective leader generates. Members of the organization will be encouraged by an effective leader to collaborate by motivation and direction to attain organizational goals. “One thing that all leaders 2 have in common is one or more followers. If no one is following, one cannot be leading,” (Vroom & Jago, 2007, p. 1). Organizational goals are achieved by leaders with their interpersonal skills to influence, persuade, or guide others. Effective leaders clarify goals, offer direction, and encourage a higher performance that has superior product. "A leader is anyone who uses interpersonal skills to influence others to accomplish a specific goal," (Sullivan & Decker, 2009, p. 45). A behavior-based theory of leadership style is the certainty that successful leaders are made and not born. Through a lifetime of experiences, training, and education the behaviors of successful leaders are learned. The domineering leader is spirited and uses control and intimidation to acquire his or her needs.
