US law aimed at reforming the American health care system. ObamaCare’s main focus is on providing more

Americans with access to affordable health insurance, improving the quality of health care and health insurance,

regulating the health insurance industry, and reducing health care spending in the US.
The Affordable Care Act does a number of important things including offering Americans a number of new benefits,

rights, and protections in regards to their healthcare, and setting up a Health Insurance Marketplace where

Americans can purchase federally regulated and subsidized Health Insurance during open enrollment. The law also

expands Medicaid, improves Medicare, requires you to have coverage in 2014 and beyond, and contains some new

taxes and tax breaks, among other things.
There are many stake holders involved in Universal Health Care.   Physicians, nurses, office workers are all there to

meet the and incorporate the needs of the people. At a time when the number of people with inadequate or no

health insurance is growing and health care and insurance costs are rapidly outpacing wages and inflation, a

restructured health care system must ensure that all individuals and families have access to standard package of

essential health care services. This package would include primary and preventive care at affordable cost.



We shouldn't he thinking of our duty to provide health care as a matter of insurance in the first place, because the

logic of insurance leads us to avoid those who most need our help--the sick, the old, and the medically vulnerable.
